Lash Perfect Group (The Eyelash Design Company Ltd.) offers a range of delivery services based on the destination, parcel weight and delivery option selected at checkout. All delivery prices displayed on the website are 'from' prices and are automatically calculated according to parcel weight and destination.

Free delivery

Lash Perfect Group (The Eyelash Design Company Ltd.) offers free Economy 2 - 4 day delivery on all orders over £100 + VAT - this is applicable to deliveries within the UK Mainland.
Other promotional rates or other delivery areas may be available and prices will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders received before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are normally dispatched the same working day.

Made-to-Order Products

Certain kits and specified products may require up to 7 working days for dispatch. Customers requiring earlier delivery should contact us before placing their order.

Orders for Gibraltar, Republic of Ireland and all other European destinations are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked and can take up to 15 days.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Tracking details are sent by email once an order has been dispatched. You can also track your order on Track My Order.
Delivery is undertaken by independent carriers and responsibility transfers to the carrier once goods leave our warehouse. Whilst we will assist with tracking enquiries, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by weather, transportation issues, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
