Covid-19 Update

Our warehouse is open and working with limited staff to ensure safe social distancing. However, dispatch of your order could in some cases be slightly delayed. We thank you for your understanding at this time. 

To keep both you and your driver safe, drivers will not be collecting your signature when they deliver your order. Don't worry, your order is still in safe hands - they will ask for your name and make a record of the delivery on their system to ensure all orders arrive as planned. If you are not in to receive your parcel, they will leave a card with details as normal. Royal Mail parcels will still be trackable here and APC parcels can be tracked here

Please note, Express Next Day Delivery (before 1pm) service is suspended for the time being. 


The Eyelash Design Company offers free Standard 2 - 3 day delivery on all orders over £75 + VAT - this is applicable to deliveries within the UK. ​

On orders totalling less than £75 + VAT, we charge £3.99 + VAT for 2 -3 day delivery - this is applicable to deliveries within the UK. Please note this does not require a signature and is not a tracked service.

Express Delivery (1 - 2 days) is available for £5.99 + VAT. This is applicable on orders placed before 1pm (if the order is placed after this time it will be dispatched on the following working day). Next day delivery is only available on orders placed Monday - Thursday. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays. Express Delivery (1-2 days) requires a signature.

Next Day Delivery (guaranteed before 1pm) is available for £8.50 + VAT. Next day delivery is available to all deliveries within the UK. Next Day Delivery requires a signature. Please ensure we have your up-to-date contact details, including mobile number and email address, as you will be contacted about your delivery time.

Deliveries to certain locations may take up to five working days.

Delivery is undertaken by an independent delivery company and once goods have left our warehouse all such goods will be under the control of that company. We may assist customers with tracking orders but please be advised that delays may occur due to weather and transportation issues and therefore we cannot accept liability in these instances.
