Cream Developer has a velvety texture and is easy to mix with QIC Tint.

Provides Quick, Intense Colour that will enhance the natural brow colour and last up to 8 weeks. The true to colour, highly concentrated, pigmented powder will revolutionise your brow treatments.

This creamy tint has a fast developing time of just 1 - 2 minutes!

Directions of use

This product requires a patch test.
Empty the required contents of the capsule into a Glass Mixing Dish.
Mix with the recommended amount of Cream Developer.
Protect the surrounding skin with the Smoothing Wax Pencil.
Apply to brows and leave to develop for 1 - 2 minutes.
After this time, remove from the brows with a damp cotton pad and style as required.
WARNING: QIC is fast developing and will colour the skin.
Ensure all remaining tint is removed with water after developing time has passed.
